I’m Clair Abrey, the face behind Sterling Virtual Assistant Services — and this little guy here is Arlo, my trusty Yorkie sidekick!

I’m a Norfolk Virtual Assistant and a glass-half-full kinda gal. My superpower? Organisation! I’m all about getting things done, thinking outside the box, and bringing proactive, can-do energy to every task. Oh, and when it comes to admin, I’m an absolute whizz!

No matter what industry you’re in, my focus is on supporting small Norfolk businesses that share the same core values I do — family, kindness, integrity, contentiousness, honesty and being attentive.

You can work in any field, but for us to truly click, it’s all about having those shared values. When we’re on the same page, that’s when the magic really happens!

These values, and so many more, are what guide me in both my personal and professional life. I also believe that life’s too short not to have a healthy work–life balance.
